Pereowei Subai is an associate with a varied amount of experience both in the academia, litigation, oil and gas, corporate law, and labour law. He has a PhD from the Newcastle University School of Law, a Masters from the Obafemi Awolowo
University Ile-Ife, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK and Nigeria). He is an expert in Commercial Law, Oil and Gas Law, Environmental Law, and Labour Law. He is presently a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Law, Niger Delta University, Wilberforce Island, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State. He has many publications to his credit including his recent book, Local Content Oil and Gas Law in Africa: Lessons from Nigeria and Beyond published by Routledge, London in 2019.
